Delivery & Payment

The ordering and delivery process is as follows:

Delivery & Payment

Currently we only deliver locally (a radius of approximately 5 miles of Buckley), all deliveries are made using our own refrigerated vehicles. Delivery will be made on the date requested at the checkout,  please leave any requests in the comments box at the checkout, we will endeavour to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.   Deliveries are subject to a small delivery charge which is shown at the checkout on input the delivery address post code.  If you are informed that "We do not deliver to your location" and you believe that this may be an error, please email us  or call 01244 547835 and we will confirm whether  delivery is possible.   We also reserve the right not to accept any orders that require delivery to an area not covered by our delivery service, in these circumstances you will receive a full refund of any payment made to us.


Delivery Area & Days

Our usual delivery days are Tuesday & Friday, however during periods of high demand we may include options for delivery on other days. Delivery to Flint & Holywell is on a Friday only. 

  • Please select your preferred delivery date when placing your order.
  • We aim to make deliveries between the hours of 9:00am & 2:00pm.
  • Our order cut-off time is now flexible and determined by demand and our ability to make the deliveries when requested, so please place order early if you require delivery on a specific date.


Where we deliver to:

We deliver to the following towns, villages, and surrounding areas:
Buckley, Drury, Mynydd Isa.

Broughton, Caergwrle, Connah’s Quay, Ewloe, Flint, Hawarden, Mancot, Holywell, Hope, Leeswood, Mold, Nercwys, Northop, Northop Hall, Penyffordd, Penymynydd, Pontblyddyn, Saltney, Shotton, Sychdyn, Treuddyn, Queensferry.

The delivery address post code will determine what delivery charges may apply.  If the system does not allow you to place and order and the message “Sorry, we do not ship to this location” appears then we are unable to deliver your order, if you feel that this is an error please email us, and we will confirm whether it is possible to make the delivery.


We regret that we are unable to make deliveries at specific times, if there is no-one available to accept the delivery when it arrives, we will attempt to contact you by telephone for instruction as to where we can leave the order, please remember that the goods need to be refrigerated.  We may take a photograph of where the goods are left.  If we are unable to contact you and you have not provided instructions on your order then we reserve the right not to leave the goods, in this case they will be returned to the shop from where you can arrange to collect them. 


Ordering process
 

  1. Select and pay for your order via the secure checkout. 
  2. At the checkout you can select your preferred delivery day and the cost of delivery will be added to your order (depending upon your area).
  3. On the day of delivery your order will be made with one of our own refrigerated delivery vehicles.
  4. Please leave instructions as to where the goods are to be left if you are not going to be in, but please remember that the goods need to be kept refrigerated,  if the driver is not able to contact you and no information has been provided regarding a safe place to leave them, the goods will be returned to the shop and you can contact us on 01244 547835 to arrange another delivery date or to  collect them in person.
